Change is all around us and all we need to do is turn on the TV or boot-up the computer and hear, as well as see, the change that has taken place. Here is an idea. What happened to developing skill strengths? In other words, preparing for the future using the talents with which you've been most gifted.  How, you may ask, do we differentiate the talent from the boasting that is typical for an already employed team member or a new employment candidate? We know for certain that greatness comes from something a person loves to do. If you’re a leader or are thinking you have leadership abilities within the company, then identify your strengths and weaknesses. Take your weak points and build them into strong points. Identifying your strengths is not difficult. There are training measures you can develop to bring out your best qualities.
