 Come join our winning team! Auto University is seeking exceptional
Independent Contractors (including Canadian positions that are bilingual
English/French) to facilitate a powerful in-dealership training effort
designed to impact customer satisfaction with a major auto manufacturer.
Current positions exist in the following territories:
Northeast - Southeast - Midwest - Northwest - Southwest - Canada
Candidates will be responsible for conducting in-dealership process
improvement meetings, which will involve all facets of the dealership.
This calls for individuals to have successful track records improving
employee/dealership performance through in-dealership consulting.
Qualified individuals will possess:
- 5+ years of automotive training experience.
- 5+ years of automotive retail experience.
- Thorough knowledge of entire dealership operations.
- In-dealership consulting experience dealing in problem-solving and
process improvement.
- Enthusiasm and determination to improve the customer's experience
during the sales and service process.
- Exceptional facilitation skills.
This position will require extensive travel. Exceptional compensation program!
