The
successful automotive Managers of the future will be those Managers that are
successful at building teams, who in turn create long-term relationships with
their clients! Now that we’re better defining your role, let’s discuss whom you
will coach. Here’s a great place to start:
-
You must have a positive mental attitude.
- You must have a healthy self-image.
- You must be strong enough to face rejection. Understand that a business
refusal is not a rejection of you.
- You must control emotions and develop confidence by Laboring Under
Correct Knowledge (LUCK).
-
You must identify and overcome False Evidence Appearing Real (FEAR).
- You must create daily consistency.
- You must plan your work and work your plans.
- You must be willing to learn.
- You must be open and willing to change.
- You must first see it happen in your mind, before it will happen in your
life (every action begins with a thought).
- You can achieve whatever your mind believes and conceives.
- You must take action now.
The power to change anything in your life is born the moment you make a real
decision – which, by definition, is something you take immediate action upon.
Unless you take action, the very best of plans has no value!
