Train the Trainer

In addition to providing off-site workshops and performing our in-dealership implementation  we also offer assistance in training your trainers.

Our focus is to coach and ensure that full understanding of the process is achieved.

Elements of the sales and service process implementation model that will be addressed during the implementation include:

  • Opening meeting with General Manager
  • Sales Manager and After-Sales (Fixed Operations) Manager meeting
  • Review of the benchmarks with key managers
  • Determination/review of road-blocks to implementation
  • Begin consistent utilization of the menu, inspection and write-up tools
  • Review individual Consultant current level of competency (and attitude after workshop)
  • Process implementation checklist

Auto University will also conduct a dry run of the process at the dealership level. Note: This is the most critical part of the implementation process.
